T.O.P. Method Academy is operated by Vivant Investments LLC, DBA TOP Wheels. This page explains what the Academy site collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

If you submit an application, we collect the contact details and answers you provide so we can review your fit, follow up, schedule calls, and deliver the Academy. Do not submit information you do not want us to process for those purposes.

Essential operations

Hosting, security, form delivery, and privacy-scrubbed error monitoring are treated as essential. Error monitoring is configured without session replay or performance tracing and removes form data, cookies, query strings, and common contact details before error reports are sent.

Optional analytics and marketing

Google Analytics may measure page views and conversion events only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel may measure campaign and conversion activity only after marketing consent. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text answers, or vehicle identification numbers in analytics events.

Attribution

Campaign parameters may be stored after you permit the applicable category. Advertising click identifiers are stored only with marketing consent. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent you from submitting an application.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers for hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and error monitoring. We retain application information as needed to respond, operate the program, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

You can reject optional tools, allow analytics only, or accept all. You can change that choice at any time.
